Only three of the half dozen “Handymans” we called showed up and on time for the scheduled appointment. We decided give the best of what seemed like a “meh” bunch a try when by some cosmic fate this guy, Matt Janes, rang our doorbell and introduced himself as Janes Exteriors. Matt knows his stuff! His ability to clearly see what needs to be done, can be done, and how to do it is an analytical talent I have rarely encountered in my life within any profession. He backs himself up with just as competent a group of people and craftsmen. We are going to be seeing a lot of Matt and his crew, Ryan, Alex, Mike this year. My job was scheduled quickly, and the crew completed the roof even faster than I expected. The quality of the work looks fantastic, and the crew was incredibly respectful of my home and yard. It had just rained, and despite the wet ground they managed to leave only one small track from a wheelbarrow, far better than I expected given the conditions. The owner, Matt, was great to work with. He took the time to understand my specific needs and offered thoughtful, high-quality suggestions that helped me make the best choices for my home. Payment was also quick and hassle-free.
